This is Dr. Kristin Neff's (the self compassion guru) website. It's a wealth of resources, including written exercises and guided meditations that will guide you through the basics of fostering greater self-compassion. I personally really enjoy her Loving-Kindness meditations, but all of them are helpful.
The Anxiety Coach
If you or someone that you're close to suffers from anxiety, this website offers an abundance of information on the subject. Dr. Dave Carbonell outlines numerous anxiety disorders and common phobias, as well as presents different strategies for how to combat these feelings when they arise. This is not meant to be a substitute for professional counseling. However, if you're interested in doing some research ahead of a meeting with a licensed mental health professional, or if you're just looking for some tips to help manage your anxiety, this is a great place to start.
Ten Percent Happier's Coronavirus Sanity Guide
This Coronavirus Sanity Guide was put together by Dan Harris and his team, who also produce the Ten Percent Happier podcast and have developed the Ten Percent Happier app, which offers hundreds of guided meditations to subscribers. All of the resources in this guide, which include talks, podcast episodes, meditations, and blog posts, are completely free and available to all.

Mindful is a media company with online resources for living a more mindful life. They offer trainings, directories, articles, listicles, newsletters, and even a print publication with tips and techniques for mindful living. They also offer lots of (free!) mindfulness meditations for daily practice.

OKREAL's mission is to help women build a stronger sense of self-worth. They have online resources, leadership courses, downloadable toolkits, and all sorts of other fun stuff to help foster connections between women and help them develop tools to help them succeed in both professional and community settings. Amy (the founder)'s story is also wild and super inspirational.
